Can I earn VG Rewards App credit for gift cards purchased online or at a restaurant?
No, VG Rewards App credit cannot be earned on gift card purchases.
Can I use my gift card as a payment method for online orders?
Yes, gift cards can be used as a payment method for online orders but the gift card balance must cover the order total. Splitting payment methods is currently not a payment option.
Can gift cards be used for food and beverage items?
Yes, gift cards are redeemable for food and beverage items at all locations.
Is there an expiration date to my gift card?
No, there is no expiration date on Veggie Grill gift cards.
What happens if I lose my gift card or it is stolen?
If lost, stolen or destroyed, gift cards will only be replaced for remaining value with original proof of purchase and gift card identification number.
Can I reload my gift card?
Yes, you can reload your gift card at any time by visiting veggiegrill.com/gift-cards.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Can I purchase a digital gift card in the VG Rewards App?
Yes, digital gift cards can be purchased in the VG Rewards App.
To purchase a digital gift card, you must visit the Gift Card section in the VG Rewards App. If you have not purchased a gift card in the app, you will need to create a passcode to proceed. Tap "Add Card" in the top right corner and select "Buy New". Enter your credit card crendtials to purchase. Having trouble placing your order in the app? No, app credit cannot be earned on digital gift card purchases made in the app.
Can I use my gift cards as a payment method in the app?
No, gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for app orders. Gift cards may be uploaded to the VG Rewards account and be used as a payment method for orders placed at a Veggie Grill restaurant.
Can I earn app credit on orders purchased with a digital or physical gift card?
Yes, you will be able to earn on orders placed using a digital or physical gift card.
Can I gift digital gift cards purchased in the VG Rewards App?
Yes, digital gift cards can be transferred or shared with other members of the VG Rewards App. To transfer or share a gift card, tap ‘Manage’ in the gift card section of the VG Rewards App.

What carrier do you use to ship?
We ship our gift card orders via USPS ground unless otherwise selected.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
USPS ships and fulfills orders will be delivered within 5 – 10 business days once the package is shipped. Orders may take up to 14 business days to ship during the holiday season.

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your gift card order on the day it is placed.
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Can I use VG Rewards credit or rewards to purchase my gift card?
No, VG rewards app credit, points, rewards and/or offers cannot be used as a payment method to purchase gift cards.

No, Veggie Grill gift cards cannot be used as a payment method to purchase gift cards.

Will I receive a $10 reward card for my app gift card purchase?
Yes, orders placed in the VG Rewards app, online or in a restaurant are eligible for $10 reward card. To view your $10 reward, tap "Redeem" in the app. You will see available offers. $10 reward cards received from purchases made in a restaurant or online cannot be redeemed on online, delivery or app orders.
I ordered an egift card online - where is my $10 Voucher?
For egift card purchases, please allow for 24-48 hours for your voucher to arrive via email. Please be sure to check your spam folder for the voucher email.Does my $10 reward card expire?
Yes, any $10 reward card received between 11/09/2020 – 12/31/2020 will expire on March 31, 2021.
Can I use my $10 reward card on multiple orders?
No, you must use your $10 reward card in a single transaction.
Is the $10 reward card a gift card?
No, the $10 reward card is not a gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Are there items I cannot purchase with the $10 reward card?
Alcohol, catering and gift cards cannot be purchased with the use of a $10 reward card. The $10 reward card is not valid with any other discounts or offers.
